Create or access a My Health Record
Once you have created a myGov account and verified your identity with DHS you will be directed to a My Health Record system page where you will see options to create or access a record for either yourself or someone else.
You can set up a My Health Record in the following ways:
- Create a My Health Record for Yourself;
- Create a My Health Record for a Child; and
- Accept the role of a Nominated Representative.
If your parent or guardian has created a My Health Record for you, you can take control of your My Health Record once you have turned 14. If you are 14 years of age and your parent or guardian has not created a My Health Record for you, you can create one for yourself.
